All shipments abroad are delivered by UPS and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.
Regular service in Europe is approx. 2-3 business days.
Regular service outside of Europe is approx. 2-3 business days.
The shipment expense differs from country to country. Your exact shipment expense will be visible in the check-out flow as you place your order. If you have any problems figuring out your shipment costs you are more than welcome to contact our Customer Service at email@example.com
Skall studio gladly accept returns. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please fill out the return form provided by us and include it in the return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card.
We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit the registration number and account number.
Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. We advise to return the package with a trackable track and trace number. Return labels are not included in orders shipped outside of Denmark. It's the recipients responsible for the return expenses.
