Skall studio does not guarantee that all items included in the Skall studio web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Skall studio will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Skall studio cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Skall studio may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Skall studio’s strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, Skall studio will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. Skall studio, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Skall studio cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. Skall studio cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
Skall studio cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
NOTIFICATIONS OF DEFECT
All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact us on, Info@skallstudio.com. Skall studio does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes. Only PBS (your bank) has access to your information. At Skallstudio.com we guarantee the information you enter will NOT be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.
All shipments abroad are delivered by GLS and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.
Regular service in Europe is app. 1-3 business days.
Regular service outside of Europe is app. 3-5 business days.

Skall studio gladly accept returns. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please fill out the return form provided by us and include it in the return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit the registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.
