You are always welcome to return your purchase within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations. The costs in connection with your return shipment lie on yours. You can buy a return label from us, or you can choose to take care of it yourself.

Switch to something else? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you want a different size or colour or perhaps a completely different item, you simply return your order and then place a new order.


How to return

You have 3 options


1. Return using a return label provided by Skall Studio
2. Do the return yourself, without assistance from Skall Studio
3. Hand in your return personally in our Flagship store in Copenhagen


1. Return using a label provided by Skall Studio

Create your return and get a return label here.
You will then receive your return label by email. You will also receive a return form, which you must enclose in the package.

The price for a return label is EUR 15 and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

2. Do a return yourself = no assistance from Skall Studio

If you want to be responsible for the postage costs and choosing a carrier yourself, you simply just need to print and fill in this return form. It’s very important that you enclose this form with your return. Once this is done, you must return the package to this address:

IMPORTANT: Your return shipment must always be sent with distribution – regardless of the choice of carrier. We cannot accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points than the address above.

We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.


3. Hand in your return personally in our Flagship store in Copenhagen

If you live close to our Flagship store in Copenhagen, you can hand in your return there completely free of charge.

We will then be responsible for sending it to our warehouse, where your return will be processed. The amount of the return is transferred to your account after processing it at the warehouse. Please note that this solution takes a little longer.


Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.

You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.
