You are always welcome to return your purchase within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations.
How to create a return and/or exchange
Create your return or exchange here
You must always create your return or exchange in our return portal.
- Log in to the return portal using the email address used for the order and your order number.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange. Then choose a reason for the return – e.g. “too large”.
- If you wish to exchange for a different size, select the desired size and click “Continue”.
- If you only wish to return the item, click “Continue without exchange”.
- If you are both exchanging and returning items, you can choose whether you would like a refund or a store credit for the returned items.
- Confirm your return or exchange.
- You will then receive your return label by email to use for your return.
For exchanges:
Once we have received your return, we will send your exchanged item to you. We reserve the right for items to be sold out and may in such cases be required to cancel the exchange. We encourage you to return your item as soon as possible so we can dispatch the exchanged item immediately upon receipt of your return.
Important: Please remember to include the packing slip that was enclosed with your original delivery.
The handling fee for a return is EUR 15 and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return. There is no handling fee for exchanges.
We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.
It is also possible to return items in our physical stores on Store Strandstræde and Værnedamsvej.
Refund
Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.
You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.
Switch to something else?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you want a different size or colour or perhaps a completely different item, you simply return your order and then place a new order.
