The Noah Vest is incredibly versatile and can be styled in many ways. One of our favorite combinations is wearing it over a dress, a look that has become a signature at Skall. A few years ago, if you walked into our office on any given day, you’d likely see half the team in that very outfit: a dress layered with the vest. It became our unofficial uniform in the early 2010s, and it still works perfectly today.

CONSTRUCTION
The Noah Vest is worked from the bottom up. The body is worked in the round on circular needles in rib and according to the chart until the armhole, where the work is divided. From here, the back and front are worked flat separately.

The armholes are shaped with decreases, and the pieces are then worked straight up following the chart. On the front, the neckline is shaped, and the shoulders are shaped using short rows. The shoulders are sewn together, and stitches are then picked up for the neck rib.

Right and left side refer to the wearer’s right and left.
