You are always welcome to return your purchase within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations. 
How to return
You always have to create your return on our return platform. 
- Log in to the return platform
- You will 
then receive your return label by email to use for your return. Remember to include a copy of the delivery note that came with your delivery, when you return.

The handling fee for a return is EUR 15 and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.
It is not possible to return from our flagship store in Copenhagen. 

Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.
You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.

Switch to something else? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you want a different size or colour or perhaps a completely different item, you simply return your order and then place a new order.
